There are times where you will no doubt need an attorney and the court to settle a legal matter. But that should be your last resort.

After years in the legal environment and talking to family and friends, I realized that most people lack a basic knowledge to help themselves through a difficult process.

Trustdad will lead and guide you through the process. This will be done by empowering you with the knowledge and helping you to understand the approach to solve your problem.  If at all possible, you must be able to help yourself.

Trustdad will not give advice on complex legal matters. That should be handled by attorneys and advocates, who are specialists in their field of expertise. We therefore acknowledge and respect them for who they are.  If needed, Trustdad will refer you to one of his trusted partners.

Every person has an estate, and death is inevitable.

A Will is a document that prescribes what should happen with your assets after your death.

Passing away without drawing up a will may create problems for those staying behind. 

It is your assets and to whom it must go after your passing, should be your decision.

Not having a proper instruction in place should be avoided at all cost, and having a basic knowledge of this very important field of law will easily dispose of this critical, but often neglected issue.

Everybody needs a place to stay. For every tenant there is a landlord, and it is of crucial importance for both parties to have absolute clarity on the terms and conditions of your lease agreement. In practice, reality shows that this field of daily living is usually flawed with disputes and unhappy parties. It is therefore essential to not only understand the laws governing the rental of properties, but also to have a proper agreement in place at all times.
